Change of mind

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for change of mind, or for any items that have been bought at a discounted or sale price.

Faulty or damaged items 

If you receive your item and it is damaged, please contact us at info@brooklynandme.com.au with pictures of the faulty/damaged item. We will happily replace the product free of charge or provide a full refund. Brooklyn&Me will pay for the costs to return the item, and once the item is received, a refund or a re-send will be given. All items must arrive back to Brooklyn&Me with their original labels and tags attached.

Returns

Our items have a 14 day return policy from receiving the item.

Original labels and tags must still be attached to the product , and the product must be in it's original condition.

Sale items, discounted items and change of mind items cannot be returned.

Afterpay

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds due to change of minds with Afterpay orders. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.
